Astronomy Data in Schools

There is a wealth of Astronomy Data available which can be used to nurture the interest of school children in astronomy. We shall demonstrate the use of examples of data to study exoplanets, star clusters and the origin and evolution of stars, galaxies and AGN. We shall also demonstrate the use of virtual observatory tools like Aladin and TopCat to study data from Kepler, GAIA, SDSS, HST to study specific science cases that can be used by school students as effective astronomy projects. This will enable students to study Astronomy with interactive projects and real data.
